Insight Global is looking for a Records Management Specialist to work for one of our County Health Departments in the state of Colorado. You will be expected to perform the following duties, but will not be limited to: • Assist in record retention work in alignment with organizational policies. • Compile a master tracker for client files to support accessibility and audit readiness. • Transfer data from Adobe into Microsoft Excel for improved usability and tracking. • Rework Adobe files to ensure documents are searchable. • Update procedures and documentation for internal processes. • Prepare physical records for offsite storage, including boxing and labeling files. • Scan and file records into the designated storage systems.

Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years' experience in data entry, preferably with records management • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe software. • Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. • Must reside near Brighton, CO and maintain reliable transportation. • Must pass background check and DMV record check

Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Have knowledge of HIPAA requirements and privacy regulations.
