We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in documenting and improving processes, preferably in healthcare provider Revenue Cycle operations. The ideal candidate thrives on analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and driving meaningful change.
Responsibilities:
Develop process flow and swimlane diagrams to map ownership and handoffs. Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Scribe or Microsoft Word. Document current and future-state processes to support improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, gather requirements, and recommend solutions. Assess workflows, highlight opportunities for optimization, and prepare supporting documentation and manuals. Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience (hands-on expertise valued over formal education). Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Word; familiarity with Scribe preferred. Strong experience creating and maintaining SOPs. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet defined objectives. Critical thinking, curiosity, and strong follow-through. Knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle operations is highly preferred.
