Key Requirements
Networking:
Expertise in designing and managing
VPCs, subnets, routing tables, NAT Gateways, VPNs, Aviatrix,
and
Direct Connect
links. Proven ability to architect and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud network infrastructures.
AWS Services:
Hands-on experience configuring and managing
AWS networking services
such as
Route53, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall, WAF, DDoS protection , and related components. Implementation of
network security controls , including
Security Groups, NACLs,
and
encryption protocols .
Network Performance Management:
Monitor and optimize
network performance , troubleshoot
latency, connectivity,
and
availability issues .
Operating Systems:
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in
Linux/Unix administration , including system-level troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Automation & Configuration Management:
Strong proficiency in
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using
Terraform, AWS CloudFormation,
or
AWS CDK . Experience with
Ansible
for configuration management.
Monitoring Tools:
Experience with
monitoring and alerting tools ; proficiency in evaluating
AWS metrics
and setting up threshold-based alerts.
Log Analysis:
Working knowledge of
log management and analysis tools
such as
Splunk
or
Dynatrace .
Scripting:
Proficient in
Linux shell scripting
for automation and system operations.
Version Control:
Experience in administering
Bitbucket
and
Git
for source control and CI/CD workflows.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong
verbal and written communication

Proficiency in managing
DNS services, traffic flow,
and
health checks . Skilled in designing and managing
hub-and-spoke network topologies
for
multi-VPC
and
hybrid cloud
environments. Experience developing AWS infrastructure using
Terraform
and
CloudFormation . Familiarity with
ArgoCD, Jenkins,
and
Kubernetes
for deployment automation. Hands-on experience with
containers
and
container orchestration tools . Solid understanding of
Linux systems
and process management.

with technical teams, key leaders, and other departments.
