How you create impact
The Operational Care Specialist, Revenue Care, is a meticulous and proactive professional responsible for overseeing billing activities related to sea import accounts. This position is essential for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, safeguarding financial accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across billing processes.
Maintain and organize all billing files related to sea import accounts
Generate client invoices based on quoted pricing within the designated billing period
Review and validate Gross Profit figures to ensure accuracy
Ensure all billing is completed accurately and submitted by month-end deadlines
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all necessary billing data is properly recorded in the system
Process files in compliance with company policies and procedures
Partner with the system process team to enhance automation within Operational Care workflows
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline billing processes
Uphold and adhere to Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, Security & Dangerous Goods standards
What we would like you to bring
1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within a logistics or freight environment
1+ years of hands-on billing experience, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level skills in Excel
