We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components or products with accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts or components according to written instructions, blueprints, or schematics
Inspect parts for defects and ensure assembled products meet quality standards
Use hand tools, power tools, or machinery to assemble products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Report any production or quality issues to supervisors immediately
Package finished products for shipping or further processing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic math and measuring skills
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Pay Details:
$17.00 per hour
