Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative- Healthcare Focus
Compensation: $16/hour - Weekly Pay
Location: Work from Home but must have a quiet home office environment and reside near Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare providers Request and obtain medical records Perform account research and update notes using call center software Enter data with high accuracy Meet call center metrics while adhering to HIPAA regulations WHAT YOU HAVE
Must have Minimum 1 year of call center experience (required) Experience handling high-volume calls Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be comfortable on camera during work hours Quiet home workspace and reliable internet Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple screens High School Diploma or GED WHY JOIN US?
