Production Operations Coordinator (Seasonal - 3-6 Months)

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Overtime:

We're seeking detail-oriented Production Operations Coordinators to support production operations during a high-volume period. About the Role As a Production Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will manage inventory and ERP transactions, process customer orders, coordinate shipments and returns, and work closely with purchasing and vendors to maintain accurate stock levels and timely material flow.
Key Responsibilities Pick and consume components to fulfill customer orders accurately Generate purchase notes, verify deliveries, and resolve stock discrepancies Collaborate with purchasing and vendors on stock allocations and shipments Maintain accurate ERP records and assist with cycle counts Prepare and verify invoices, shipping, and receiving documents Inspect packing lists and materials for accuracy and quality Organize returned items in ERP for QA or refining Ensure all inventory and transaction data is accurately recorded Communicate effectively with team members and management to maintain smooth operations Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience (3+ years preferred) Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills High attention to detail and sense of urgency Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with inventory management, stock reconciliation, and production processes preferred Ideal Candidate A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
