Job Title: Human Resources Assistant III What You'll Do: As a Human Resources Assistant III, you will take on a senior-level role in the HR department, providing advanced administrative support and assisting in the management of HR programs and initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.
Functions: Provide advanced administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. Assist in the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee benefits, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Support employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and facilitating resolution of employee issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including personnel files, employment history, and performance evaluations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6-9 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills: Experience with HRIS software or other HR management systems. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
