JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Assistant III serves in a senior-level capacity within the HR department, providing advanced administrative support and assisting in the management of HR programs and initiatives. This role plays a key part in HR processes, employee relations, and compliance activities, ensuring efficient and professional HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide advanced administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. Assist in the administration of HR programs such as employee benefits, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance and assistance as needed. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Assist in employee relations activities, including conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and facilitating resolution of employee issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including personnel files, employment history, and performance evaluations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6-9 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with HRIS software or other HR management systems. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
