Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a Supply Chain IT Business Analyst to join a large oil & gas company in Oklahoma City, OK. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with business stakeholders, assess current processes, propose customized technical solutions, and deliver and support these systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize IT solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and driving business success.
Duties/Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements within the Supply Chain domain. Conduct thorough analysis to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive technical requirements. Design and document IT solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices including detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing systems. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization within the IT landscape. Utilize data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making within the Supply Chain function. Support the implementation of IT solutions by providing end-user training, documentation, and change management assistance. Collaborate with business units to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies. Engage with cross-functional teams, including Operations and IT, to understand their unique requirements and challenges. Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to drive collaboration and effective communication.

Oil & gas industry experience Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management software and related technologies. Data and Analytics experience utilizing TIBCO Spotfire and Microsoft PowerBI.
