Front Desk Reception (3) Day Temporary assignment
Our client is seeking a temporary Front Desk Receptionist with exceptional administrative experience. The assignment length is approximately three days.
Pay rate:
$18.00 hourly Work Location:
Mid-town Atlanta, G Work hours:
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer telephone lines, and respond to inquiries.
May perform other clerical duties, such as assisting with invoice processing, application processing, emails, or other administrative tasks.
Skills Required High school diploma required. Associate degree or higher, preferred. 3 - 5 years administrative experience. Excellent typing skills are essential for this role. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer software, including spreadsheets, databases, email, Google Forms, Sheets, Excel. Need to be organized and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines The ability to communicate effectively is important. High level of professionalism and prior experience working in an office environment. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
