The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for servicing our current clients, developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. To be successful as a Customer Service Representative you must be able to build rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. - Building/strengthening relationship with client base.
- Keep track of purchase orders, issuing RMAs for warranty claims, responding to order inquiries, tracking samples, issuing credits, etc.
- Keep our customers updated with price lists and promotions.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
- Keeping up with product, service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining features of products and services.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
- Excellent phone and people skill manners with customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Bilingual.
- Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do Business across Canada and the US).
