The Department of Physician Assistant Studies at Gardner-Webb University is seeking a PA Admissions Coordinator and Program Support Specialist. This role manages all aspects of the PA Program admissions process, including applicant communication, CASPA system administration, recruitment activities, and onboarding of new students. The position also provides administrative and event support for the program.
Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the primary admissions contact for the PA Program. · Oversee and manage CASPA applications, applicant communication, and interview coordination. · Support recruitment events, information sessions, and campus visits. · Provide program support, including event planning, correspondence, and administrative assistance.
Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree required. · Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn web-based systems. · Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: · Two or more years of experience in university admissions or as an executive secretary. · Experience advising students in an academic environment.
