THE ROLE Chetola Resort is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented interns to join our team across multiple departments. As a
General Intern , you will support day-to-day resort operations while rotating through various departments such as Food & Beverage, Events, Human Resources, Accounting, Front Desk, Spa, Sales & Marketing, and more. You will gain hands-on exposure to hospitality management, guest services, and back-of-house operations in a luxury resort environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Operations & Support Assist departmental teams with daily tasks, guest requests, and administrative support Shadow managers and staff to understand workflows, systems, and standards Help with event setup, break-down, and coordination when assigned Engage with guests, providing courteous and helpful service Learn and work with resort systems (PMS, POS, reservation tools, scheduling) Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and cross-department collaboration Project & Learning Contributions Contribute to special projects or process improvements (e.g. marketing campaigns, guest surveys, event enhancements) Present observations or ideas during internship debriefs or team meetings Maintain professionalism and uphold resort standards in all assignments Requirements:
