THE ROLE Chetola Resort is seeking a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented

Greeter/Host/Hostess

to be the first point of contact for guests dining at Timberlake’s Restaurant. This role plays a key part in setting the tone for a positive and memorable guest experience. You’ll greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage reservations and seating flow, and ensure smooth communication with the front-of-house team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Guest Reception & Seating Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments using a digital reservation system Escort guests to their tables and provide menus with a friendly and informative attitude Answer basic questions about the menu, hours, and resort amenities Front-of-House Support Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to coordinate table turns Monitor dining room flow and assist with pacing the seating to optimize guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and professionalism Team Collaboration & Guest Experience Assist with to-go orders and provide support during high-volume times Stay informed about daily specials, resort happenings, and event updates Help create a welcoming and polished front-of-house atmosphere reflective of Chetola’s standard of excellence Requirements:
