Job Title: Azure Cloud Migration Lead (.NET)

This person will have a direct and far-reaching impact on migrating our large portfolio of applications to Azure Public Cloud. The role requires working across a broad spectrum of technology and stakeholders. Responsibilities Partner with application teams in their journey to Public Cloud Serve as the key technical lead and liaison between application teams and the enterprise cloud migration initiative Identify end-to-end DevOps solutions, leveraging best practices and patterns Be a self-starter who can quickly learn new technologies, handle ambiguity, and drive initiatives forward Provide hands-on assistance to teams in overcoming complex CI/CD challenges Upgrade .NET framework of existing applications, recommend improvements, and resolve upgrade issues Maintain a strong understanding of SDLC and/or Agile methodologies Design, develop, test, and deploy computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 10 years of experience developing and implementing applications and end-to-end solutions At least 5 years of progressive experience with the concepts and tools behind the design and implementation of best-in-class CI/CD, application monitoring, and resilience on Public Cloud Preferred Skills/Experience Hands-on experience deploying and running applications on Azure Public Cloud Hands-on experience in designing and developing features in C# .NET applications (Web and Windows) Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or SSRS (nice to have) Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication Proven track record with IaC, CI/CD/DevOps/DevSecOps, Test Automation, and Supportability Proficiency with core toolsets such as Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, Splunk, and ADO pipeline Exposure to application stacks including .NET, Docker/Kubernetes (on-prem and/or Azure) Expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS-defining and creating runtime environments, networks, and storage Database experience with DML/DDL deployment for Microsoft SQL Server (required) and Cassandra (nice to have) Experience with end-to-end cloud system solutioning for resilience, security, performance, availability, and scalability Financial Services domain knowledge is highly desirable Must Have
