Responsibilities:

Accurately post manual and electronic customer payments to accounts using systems like PeopleSoft and MS Excel

Research and reconcile payment discrepancies and errors on a daily basis
-
Handle special payment situations and work on assigned projects under general supervision

Maintain detailed records and ensure timely reporting of issues and resolutions
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of clerical, administrative, or business support experience (utilities or energy sector a plus)

High school diploma required (additional education preferred)
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with enterprise systems like PeopleSoft, Passport, and EERS
-
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay Details: $26.00 to $38.48 per hour
