Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Business Analyst positions in Houston, TX. Perks:

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately post manual and electronic customer payments to accounts using systems like PeopleSoft and MS Excel

  • Research and reconcile payment discrepancies and errors on a daily basis

  • Handle special payment situations and work on assigned projects under general supervision

  • Maintain detailed records and ensure timely reporting of issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of clerical, administrative, or business support experience (utilities or energy sector a plus)

  • High school diploma required (additional education preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with enterprise systems like PeopleSoft, Passport, and EERS

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay Details: $26.00 to $38.48 per hour
