Job Title: IT Specialist
Location: On-site, Chicago, IL
Schedule: Full-time, typically 7:30am-3:30pm, flexible depending on candidate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop, Chromebook, and end-user support for staff and students.
- Manage network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, access points, cameras, and monitoring devices.
- Administer Google Workspace and maintain account security.
- Oversee device distribution, inventory, and purchasing programs.
- Develop documentation and provide training to staff and students.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve security, network performance, and workflow efficiency.
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and network management.
- Familiarity with device imaging, distribution, and tracking (Chromebooks, laptops, etc.).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with teachers, students, and staff.
- Directly impact education by keeping technology running smoothly.
- Lead device rollouts, network enhancements, and security initiatives.
- Work independently while being part of a small, collaborative team.
