Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and culturally aware Bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. Must have a strong background in recruitment. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding diverse candidates through our hiring process while supporting our commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct Interviews
- Translate job postings and recruitment materials as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Screening Candidates
- Perform Background and Drug Test on Candidates
- Utilized Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Email clients and Candidates
- Answer phones
- Willing to train the right person
- attending Job Fairs, Recruiting Events or Site Visits
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Fluency in English/Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
- Experience in Recruiting in a multicultural or mulilingual environment
