We are seeking a motivated and culturally aware

Bilingual Recruiter

to join our talent acquisition team. Must have a strong background in recruitment. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding diverse candidates through our hiring process while supporting our commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct Interviews Translate job postings and recruitment materials as needed. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Screening Candidates Perform Background and Drug Test on Candidates Utilized Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Email clients and Candidates Answer phones Willing to train the right person attending Job Fairs, Recruiting Events or Site Visits Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist. Fluency in English/Spanish, both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines. Experience in Recruiting in a multicultural or mulilingual environment
