LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiter to support our client's hiring efforts for production roles in a manufacturing environment near Tipp City, OH. This role will focus heavily on using Indeed to post job openings, source candidates, and coordinate interviews. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on Indeed and other relevant platforms.
  • Actively search and screen candidates using Indeed Resume Search and other sourcing tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks as needed (e.g., sending offer letters, collecting documentation).
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with Indeed and other job posting/sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience recruiting hourly production employees.
  • Experience utilizing Indeed required
  • Knowledge of local labor market in Tipp City, OH and surrounding areas.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requited
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
