Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in McKinney, Texas. This position is available for both part-time and full-time roles in the home care industry. The main objective of this role is to improve the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence and ensuring their safety and well-being.

We are hiring caregivers to provide home care services for clients in the following cities:

• McKinney, TX

• [CITY], TX

Our office is located in [CITY], TX. You will commute here for orientation, periodic training, and as needed or assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Own reliable transportation
• At least two years of professional experience
• Social Security Card
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, transferring, walking, using the toilet, and eating
• Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including managing finances and medications, food preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care in clients' homes
• Accompany clients to appointments and engage in meaningful activities
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Respect and maintain clients' privacy and confidentiality
• Engage clients in conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
