Litigation Attorney/Of Counsel: Civil Litigation within Educational Law. The role focuses on representing school and community college districts within a mid-sized, women-owned education law firm with a statewide practice. The Litigation practice handles landmark cases with a collaborative, multi-location environment. Responsibilities

Handle complex civil litigation matters from initiation to resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and trials. Lead matters, manage deadlines, and ensure progress across cases. Writing and research: demonstrate excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Exhibit strong leadership and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Represent public entities across a variety of legal matters. Qualifications

Experience: minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, including complex civil litigation. Skills: strong case management, writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Flexibility: ability to work on diverse legal matters and manage multiple projects. Preferred Background: experience in education law, public entity representation, insurance defense, and/or personal injury defense. Bar Admission: admission to the California State Bar. Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr. Additional benefits include competitive compensation, 401K with matching, excellent healthcare benefits, PTO, and a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment. Remote/Hybrid options available. About the Employer
