You will combine user understanding with a metrics-driven approach to define the future of intelligent Notifications at a global scale. In Google Search, we reimagine how people search for information across platforms and rely on a universally accessible, useful experience for billions of users. Responsibilities
Lead Product Requirements Document (PRD) development by collaborating with partner teams (engineers, program managers, UX) to translate requirements into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple teams. Own and define product roadmaps and drive development with cross-functional teams. Define and secure buy-in for a product goal that supports the overall product narrative and direction and delivers strong outcomes. Validate market size and opportunity (user-based, strategic, business). Harmonize processes to define, collect, and track product metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing products or ventures. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role; 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch. Preferred qualifications:
Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or features; experience owning a metric and driving growth; understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user psychology, and growth tactics; ability to own and deliver a product goal and strategy for ambiguous problem spaces; ability to derive insights from data and adapt to a changing technology landscape; excellent problem-solving skills.
