Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Area General Manager to lead dining operations at Leisure World, a large 55 and older adult living community located in Silver Spring, MD. This role oversees two campus restaurants and catering functions serving over 8,500 residents. The position blends operational leadership with creative marketing, community engagement, and brand-building strategy. What You'll Do
Lead daily operations across multiple foodservice venues with a focus on excellence and innovation Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and social media strategies to grow brand awareness and customer loyalty Manage budgets, analyze market trends, and drive revenue growth Lead and develop a team of 3 managers and approximately 20 frontline employees Foster a culture of collaboration, development, and accountability among team members Plan and host restaurant events, build local partnerships, and champion community involvement Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences What We Offer
