What You’ll Do
Build and execute a cohesive, data-driven strategy to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities in new or existing markets to penetrate, expand, and deliver best-in-class capabilities to U.S. and partner nation forces.
Grow existing business and generate and capture new business aimed at large programs of record or similar transitioned programs at scale.
Develop a deep understanding of the client base, current or planned programmatic and technical roadmaps, and the competitive landscape.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with critical U.S. Army air and missile defense program office stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction across growth, delivery, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with Business Line Operations and Engineering leads to develop and execute coordinated campaigns to capture new business opportunities. Translate client challenges into material solutions.
Communicate Anduril’s value to customers, partners, competitors, and the public; project the company’s ethos and competitive edges in next-generation defense technology.
Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Deliver on financial performance commitments and strategic market growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of relevant operations, acquisition, program management, business development, and/or capture experience in government and/or private sector in air defense, missile defense, or related area.
High ownership and initiative; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Extensive knowledge of and experience with Program Executive Offices, Major Defense Acquisition Programs, Prime contractors, and other stakeholders across U.S. Army and broader DoD air and missile defense enterprise.
Proven success leading acquisition, management, development, or capture of U.S. Army or DoD air and missile defense programs of record.
Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of developing, deploying, and sustaining complex technologies and integrated weapons systems.
Ability to establish and leverage relationships with senior officials and program stakeholders within U.S. Army and DoD.
Understanding of the Defense Acquisition Process.
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and effective resource management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
Active U.S. security clearance (at least Secret); ability to maintain clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
Based in Washington, DC or Costa Mesa, CA preferred.
Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
Salary and Benefits US Salary Range:
$168,000—$252,000
USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on compensation factors including base salary. Anduril offers equity, comprehensive benefits, and additional work-life programs as part of total compensation.
