Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine / Primary Care
Location: Prospect, CT

Qualifications:
•Unrestricted (or eligible) State of Connecticut medical license.
•Certification as an APRN (Family, Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient clinical setting preferred.
