SAP SuccessFactors-Business Analyst 4 Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be eight months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: This role offers exposure to cutting-edge HR technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact projects. Candidates will work on strategic transformation initiatives and have the opportunity to influence system-level decisions. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: User acceptance testing for new features Partnering with engineering to validate feasibility Business communication and stakeholder engagement Analysis and recommendation writing Handling access issues and live site troubleshooting Flexible work hours, ideally 8–5 or 9–5, with remote setup preferred Qualifications:8–10 years (Level 4 role) None required. Certification in Employee Central is a nice-to-have but not mandatory. Proactive, analytical, experienced in SuccessFactors modules, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
