Role: Power Platform Lead Location: Parsippany, NJ Experience:- 8 - 10 Years Type: Full Time Power Apps Building canvas and model-driven apps Integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or external APIs Power Automate Designing automated workflows and approvals Using connectors for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party apps Error handling and flow optimization RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for desktop automation Dataverse & Data Skills Understanding of relational data modeling Security roles and data access management Knowledge of environments and solutions Integration with Azure SQL, API, or Dynamics 365 Platform Administration & Governance Managing environments, solutions, and Dataverse capacity Setting up security roles, permissions, and policies Monitoring and troubleshooting flows, apps, and integrations Applying governance and compliance policies (DLP, auditing) Familiarity with Power Platform Admin Center and Azure Active Directory GitHub Copilot Assisting end users with integration in IDE. Metrics analysis on usage Approval for onboarding (future item as UPS is not letting consultants approve in IIQ currently). Wiki content creation, should have familiarity with Git and pull requests as well. Roles & Responsibilities Power Platform Administrators Responsible for governance, security, and environment management. Manage environments and data policies Monitor usage and performance analytics Set up DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies Control access and permissions Ensure compliance with organizational standards Generic Managerial Skills Solution Architects Design end-to-end solutions across Power Platform and other Microsoft services. Define app architecture and data models Align app design with business goals Ensure scalability and maintainability Coordinate across teams (Power BI, Automate, Azure) Guide governance and lifecycle strategy AI & Automation Specialists Focus on integrating AI and automation into apps. Use Copilot to accelerate app creation Build Power Automate flows for process automation Integrate AI Builder for intelligent features (e.g., form processing, prediction) Monitor and optimize automated workflows
