We’re Hiring: Technical Recruiter Location: Within 15 miles of Culver City, CA Compensation: $50K–$60K DOE + Commission Are you a driven recruiter with a sales mentality and a hunger to win? We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and help fuel growth by filling roles and bringing in new business. This is a full-desk role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and wants to build lasting client and candidate relationships. What You’ll Do Recruit and place top talent across IT, Engineering, and Professional verticals Manage the full desk: job order intake, sourcing, interviewing, closing, and client development Drive revenue growth by bringing in new job orders and delivering quality placements Partner with clients and candidates to ensure the right fit What We’re Looking For 3–5 years recruiting experience in a staffing company Proven success with commission-based roles Strong track record of client engagement and candidate placements Positive, energetic, and hungry to succeed Must reside within 15 miles of Culver City, CA (non-negotiable) Benefits & Perks Paid Time Off: 7 sick days per year 2 mental health days 2 weeks paid vacation after 60 days; 3 weeks after 4 years 10 paid holidays Health Coverage: 80% employer contribution toward company medical plan (upgrades available).
