relationships . In this role, you’ll develop new searches and run them end-to-end — from prospecting and pitching clients to sourcing and placing candidates. You’ll do both sides of the work:

create demand and deliver talent . What You’ll Do Prospect and develop new client accounts

through outreach, networking, and warm introductions Pitch and win searches

— present Kinect’s value prop, negotiate terms, and secure new roles Maintain and grow

long-term client relationships

with hiring managers and executives Lead

intake/kickoff calls

and manage searches end-to-end Source, engage, and deliver high-quality candidates quickly and effectively Manage pipelines, run interview processes, and provide proactive updates Ensure a

high-touch experience

for both clients and candidates at every step What You Bring 2+ years of agency/search recruiting experience

(required) Proven ability to

develop new client accounts and win searches Demonstrated success in

both business development and candidate delivery A self-starter mindset — proactive, resourceful, and consistent Confidence in owning

client relationships end-to-end
