Overview
Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) is looking for a Program Manager to join our Delivery Execution Team, focusing on Grocery Partnerships — Amazon’s third-party grocery delivery service. In this role, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and drive improvements in a complex, rapidly-growing business. This role requires innovative problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive last-mile delivery strategy and execution. You will present complex analysis and recommendations to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders in an ambiguous, high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams
- Leverage data to identify and develop business cases, drive decision making, and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics
- Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure success of the business at scale
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookup, nested formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
- Experience with SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year to $142,800/year. Pay is based on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
