Overview

Dental Assistant (FT) at Bright Direction Dental. James Garvin DDS is seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients and perform light administrative duties. Schedule

• Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation

• $25-$28 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

Requirements

• X-Ray certification in Illinois preferred
• Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer efficiency - charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
