Overview
Part-Time Dental Assistant (DA) for Bright Direction Dental in Lake Geneva, WI. The role supports dentists and team members to provide exceptional dental care and may include light administrative duties. The team is cross-trained to assist across departments. We are seeking a positive, dentistry-loving professional who enjoys working with a collaborative team.

Schedule
- Tuesday 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Occasional Friday 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists and team with general dentistry procedures
- Perform light administrative duties as needed
- Maintain sterilization protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Support patient care from check-in to checkout and follow-up
Qualifications
- X-Ray certification in the state of Wisconsin preferred
- Coronal Polish/Sealant certification preferred but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
- CPR certification
- Computer proficiency (charting and scheduling)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
- Integrity-focused, team-player attitude
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to new systems/techniques
