Job Title: Awake Overnight - Nichols House

Work Shift: Overnights (Mon 10pm-8am, Thu 10pm-8am, Fri 10pm-8am, Sat 10pm-8am)

Hours: 40

Location: Canton, MA (in-person)

Salary/Pay: Base pay range listed as $42,238.00/hr, with actual pay based on skills and experience

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with an exceptional team to plan and engage in the advocacy and support of individuals served.
• Promote optimal health for individuals through routine, preventive, and emergency health care.
• Provide support through case management, mobility and transfer assistance, incontinence care, meal preparation and facilitation, organization and maintenance throughout the home, and life skills coaching.
• Communicate and collaborate with persons significant to individuals. Help individuals lead more independent and secure lives in their communities.
• Other duties and/or assignments at different locations based on the needs of the team and the individuals served.

Education & Experience

• GED or High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
