Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Downtown Tulsa

Pay: $19 - $22 / Hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Type of Employment: Contract-to-hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a tech savvy Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to handle a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support team members with project coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative or office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
