Job Summary

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality paving results.

Essential Duties

• Operate equipment such as asphalt pavers, rollers, plants, front-end loaders, graders, dozers, excavators, and skid steers.
• Perform maintenance and inspections on equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of heavy equipment operation preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a CDL.
• Safety-first attitude and adherence to safety policies.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and longer hours as needed.
• Team player.

Compensation

• Base wage: $40.43/hour.
• Vacation: $5.00/hour.
• 401(k) with company contribution: $11.60/hour, including health coverage for employee and family.
