Replacement Heavy Equipment Operator (2025 Paving Season)

Join Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. as a Replacement Heavy Equipment Operator for the 2025 Paving Season.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating heavy equipment such as asphalt pavers, rollers, plants, front-end loaders, graders, dozers, excavators, and skid steers.
• Performing maintenance and inspections on equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a CDL.
• Safety-conscious attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and longer hours as needed.
• Team player.

Compensation:

• Base wage: $40.43/hour
• Vacation pay: $5.00/hour
• 401(k) with company contribution: $11.60/hour (includes health coverage for employee and family)
