The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and securing top talent to support our operational goals and workforce needs. This role emphasizes recruitment, building relationships, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and has a sense of urgency, with a proficient understanding of full cycle recruitment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including pre-interview preparations, interview scheduling, post-interview follow-up, and offer extension.
  • Ensure all departments adhere to standardized recruitment practices to maintain consistency across hiring efforts.
  • Regularly assess and refine recruitment processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hires.
  • Continuously update and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback to candidates at each stage.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Certificates, Licenses, And Registrations

  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED; college degree and/or staffing certifications preferred, not required.
  • 3+ years of related experience (preferably as a full cycle recruiter).
  • Preferred experience with ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and market analysis platforms, e.g., Salary.com.
  • Ability to navigate Google Docs/Sheets, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to maintain an organized desk suitable for a full cycle recruiter.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment activity.
