What you'll do

The member frontline cashier is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Sam’s Club. Responsibilities include running registers, supporting members through the self-checkout experience, scanning items, processing payments, maintaining a clean area, and delivering friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced environment. You may be the first, last, or only associate a member interacts with, so smiling, greeting, and thanking members is essential. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answer questions and assist with purchases
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Operate registers or self-checkout and assist members with transactions
• Assist with various tasks to support speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
