What you'll do
The member frontline cashier is the heart of our front end, helping to create a positive member experience at the club. You may interact with members at the first and/or last contact point. You will run registers, support the self-checkout experience, and help maintain a clean, ready area. The pace can be fast, especially in evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You may juggle several tasks while assisting members: scanning items, processing payments, and keeping area organized.

What you'll do in more detail
Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials per guidelines; complying with company standards; and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, guiding self-service technology, processing purchases, handling payments, and organizing merchandise.
Complies with company policies and ethics by applying related action plans, Open Door Policy, and related business practices.
Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with colleagues and customers, managing deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback.
