As an esthetician at our Timonium location, you'll join a team that's passionate about helping people feel their best through total body care. You have an important role to play in that mission as you design and deliver skincare treatments for clients.

• Combine your expertise and artistry along with our protocols and modalities to design customized facial and body treatments that meet the individual needs of clients.
• Become a trusted adviser to members and guests to help them pursue their total body care goals.
• Deliver an amazing, safe, and therapeutic experience with every service.

• Vacation: Full-time estheticians who perform an average of 100 service hours per month (approximately 1200 hours per year) will be eligible for 1 week of vacation after 1 year of employment

Compensation & Schedule

• Your base pay plus 100% of tips and commissions for Enhancements / Member Sign ups
• Commission on retail sales with no cap
• Quarterly bonus when Enhancement goals are met
