Are you a wellness rockstar with sales experience and a passion for helping people feel their best? Look no further than Massage Envy! We're looking for a dynamic, motivated Wellness Consultant to join our team and help us deliver top-notch service to our clients.
As a Wellness Consultant, you'll be responsible for generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and using your wellness expertise to help clients select the services and products that will best meet their needs. Plus, you'll be part of a supportive team and a company culture that values your contributions and growth.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries Recommend and sell our services, enhancements, and home maintenance products to clients based on their needs Use your knowledge of the wellness space to help clients select the services and products that will best meet their needs Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Maintain accurate client records and follow-up with clients as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Attend team meetings and training sessions as required Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
Sales experience in the wellness space preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Ability to work evenings and weekends Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software High school diploma or equivalent
