Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Are you friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented? Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a warm and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, your positive attitude and ability to multitask will help set the tone for a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
• Direct visitors to appropriate departments or personnel
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area stocked with necessary materials (e.g., forms, pens, brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, and email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Monitor visitor logbook and issue visitor badges to ensure building security
• Order and maintain inventory of front office supplies
• Manage multiple tasks with professionalism and a smile

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with phone systems and basic office equipment
• Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance
