Beach Breeze Rehab & Care is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Evening Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative support to our staff, helping ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for residents, families, and team members.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Facility: Beach Breeze Rehab & Care
Position: Evening Receptionist
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Shift: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM (2-3 shifts, Monday-Friday) / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (every other weekend)
Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct telephone calls, addressing inquiries or connecting callers to the appropriate department or individual.
• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the correct office or resident room.
• Issue and collect visitor identification badges, maintaining accurate sign-in/sign-out records.
• Maintain an up-to-date directory of residents, emergency contacts, department extensions, and key personnel.
• Provide administrative support to department directors, including typing reports and correspondence.
• Assist with payroll and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Track key dates for contracts, renewals, and administrative deadlines.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including copiers, telephones, and paging systems.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a clerical or administrative role.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and a customer service-oriented attitude.
