Position Summary
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the executive team can focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing their calendar, travel, and daily operations, while also representing the brand with professionalism. This position is crucial for streamlining efficiency and preparing for future growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Commands the executive’s calendar with precision, balancing competing priorities, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring every engagement aligns with strategic objectives.
- Meticulously plans complex travel itineraries for assigned executives, ensuring seamless execution of multi-leg trips with accommodations for last-minute changes or demands.
- Represents the brand with professionalism and poise, acting as an extension of the executive in all communications, meetings, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creates time for the mind by safeguarding periods of focus and reflection for the executive, enabling strategic thinking and innovation amidst a demanding schedule.
- Prepares for the future by proactively managing long-term projects and goals, ensuring the executive stays ahead of industry trends and is ready to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in providing high-level executive support, ideally to C-suite executives.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
