**Description**
You will greet guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine out of our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails, you will be the first to provide an amazing experience for guests while making great money in a fun environment!

Pinstripes Hosts are the first to touch guests and create the initial impression. Hosts set the stage for the gaming & dining experience. They are outgoing, friendly, and personable, with the ability to multitask and be aware of guest perceptions.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up for success.

Requirements

• Provides memorable guest service
• Accurately takes reservations over the phone and in person
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
• Checks in guests and seats them appropriately
• Works as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operation
• Offers suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences
• Helps personalize the guest experience
• Processes payments
• Maintains a clean working environment
• Must provide excellent customer service
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
• Must be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
