Now Hiring: Multi-Unit General Manager – Villa Restaurant Group | Concord Mills

Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee operations of multiple food concepts at Concord Mills Mall in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong operational knowledge, a passion for guest service, and the ability to drive results across multiple restaurant units.

Location: Concord Mills Mall – Charlotte, NC

(Restaurant concepts include: Villa Italian Kitchen, Greenleaf’s, South Philly Cheesesteaks, and Salsarita’s)

Compensation Starting at $70,000 annually (based on experience; negotiable)

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage operations across multiple restaurant concepts within Concord Mills.
  • Lead, coach, and develop management teams and hourly team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through consistent service, quality, and hospitality.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability by managing labor, inventory, and operating costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety/health regulations.
  • Partner with corporate leadership to implement initiatives, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR, fast casual, or full-service preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Financial acumen with experience analyzing P&Ls and controlling costs.
  • Hands-on, team-oriented approach with the ability to inspire others.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
