Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated
Multi-Unit General Manager
to oversee operations of multiple food concepts at
Concord Mills Mall in Charlotte, NC . This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong operational knowledge, a passion for guest service, and the ability to drive results across multiple restaurant units.
Location:
Concord Mills Mall - Charlotte, NC (Restaurant concepts include:
Villa Italian Kitchen, Greenleaf's, South Philly Cheesesteaks, and Salsarita's)
Compensation: Starting at
$70,000 annually
(based on experience; negotiable)
What You'll Do
Oversee and manage
operations across multiple restaurant concepts
within Concord Mills. Lead, coach, and develop management teams and hourly team members to achieve performance goals. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through consistent service, quality, and hospitality. Drive
sales growth and profitability
by managing labor, inventory, and operating costs. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety/health regulations. Partner with corporate leadership to implement initiatives, marketing strategies, and operational improvements. What We're Looking For:
3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
(QSR, fast casual, or full-service preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage
multiple priorities in a high-volume environment . Financial acumen with experience analyzing P&Ls and controlling costs. Hands-on, team-oriented approach with the ability to inspire others. Flexibility to work a
