Overview

Kitchen Staff – Grill Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, and Lobby Custodian (Metro Center) at Cafe Zupas. We are looking for team members who follow defined career paths and contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen and lobby environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items and cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby and operate the dishwasher and cleansing station efficiently.
• Support the kitchen with prep and cooking duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Growth minded, driven, and precise
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems
